**The District reserves the right to close the recruitment regardless of the date or length of the posting period** Start Date: 8/13/26 Work Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Subject to change by District) The person hired for this position can be either non-bilingual or bilingual in Spanish. If non-bilingual, the person hired will be placed on Range 28. If bilingual in Spanish, the person hired will be placed on Range 29. DEFINITION Under the direction and supervision of the Principal or Designee, and the technical direction of the District’s credentialed school nurse, independently provides a variety of health services to students at an assigned school facility; maintains health records, referrals and reports; administers routine first-aid, and assists in screening ill or injured students in accordance with State laws and District regulations; assists with health testing programs and other health related services as required; performs related work as necessary or required.

Experience Required: One (1) year clerical experience. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent First Aid and CPR Certified
This position is only open to current Classified Magnolia School District employees. This includes Permanent Classified, Substitute Classified, and Classified Confidential. TESTING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: This position requires passage of a written test (Health Clerk) no later than 7/7/26. If you would like to be considered for the bilingual range (Range 29) you must pass a second test (Bilingual/Spanish). You will be contacted by Human Resources regarding testing date and time. Testing will be held on the following dates and times: 6/30 @ 9:00 am; 6/30 @ 2:00 pm; 7/1 @ 9:00 am; 7/1 @ 2:00 pm; 7/2 @ 9:00 am; 7/2 @ 2:00 pm; 7/7 @ 9:00 am; 7/7 @ 2:00 pm. The written test will be held at the Magnolia School District Office (2705 W. Orange Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804).
