Job Summary

Mountain House High School POS 1237 8 hrs- Kitchen experience- preferred experience in school environment food service. Supervisory experience (preferred in school food service). Ability to manage in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Knowledge of computer programs (google docs, inventory systems, production records) Uses and maintains institutional food service equipment such as slicers, ovens, mixers, and commercial dishwashers. Reads and responds to all emails, establishes positive relations with internal and external customers, including students, staff, school administration, parents, and community members. -In the absence of the Production Chef, they will step in to perform their duties.
