Job Summary
Plan, manage, direct, organize, and control the fiscal operations and activities of ROP; prepare, develop, monitor and administer the ROP budget and related policies and controls; development and maintenance of accounts; direct payroll and accounting functions; development and revision of processes; provide financial analysis to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & TRAINING: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field 2. Five years increasingly responsible experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial management 3. Two years in a supervisory capacity 4. Public school experience desired 5. CPA experience highly desired 6. CASBO Chief Business Official Certification highly desired LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES: A valid California Class C Driver’s License, the ability to maintain insurability status, and access to personal and reliable transportation are required.

Employees in this position typically work in an office environment that is clean, generally hazard-free, has minimal temperature variations, and is moderately paced with moderate to high pressure.
