Valid Teaching Credential Required; Valid California Administrative Services Credential required; Master's Degree in Education or related field required; Minimum of 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience with a proven track record of significant student achievement gains; Previous leadership experience (e.g., Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean, or instructions coach) in a high performing educational setting; Deep experience in adult coaching.
