Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Graduation from high school or G.E.D equivalent, supplemented by college level course work in computer science; three years of increasingly responsible journey-level experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of networks, computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment. • Valid Class C California driver’s. • Ability to assist on-site personnel with software-related issues, including, but not limited to, operating systems, applications, and networking software. • Ability to operate cameras for video production, as needed. • Ability to plan and lay out tasks and accurately estimate labor material costs for work orders and meet deadlines. • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks involving computers, printer, peripheral devices, and other related equipment. • Employee is required to frequently walk and stand to access work area files; stoop, kneel, or crouch to access or place records or files; lift and carry records, documents and equipment typically weighing up to 50 pounds. • Must be available for on call substitute jobs.
