Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR any combination of training, education and experience equivalent to graduation from a four (4) year accredited college in the area of human resources, business, public administration or other acceptable field OR Administrative credential. Experience: • Four (4) years of increasingly responsible administrative personnel experience involving supervisory responsibility in the area of personnel classification and compensation, recruitment and selection and employee and management relations.

Comments and Other Information
Director of Human Resources shall receive annual longevity pay of an additional 5% of the applicable salary step after completion of ten (10) years of administrative service and shall receive annual longevity pay of an additional 5% of the applicable salary step after completion of fifteen (15) years of administrative service.
Director of Human Resources will receive 22 days paid vacation each fiscal year beginning with the first year of service.
