- Copy of Transcript (Showing Degree; B.A. in Child Development, including six (6) units of infant/toddler/ development) OR Other (B.A. in Child Development or related field)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Credential Copy (Children's Center Teacher Permit or higher level)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please include two (2) letters that are dated within the last two (2) years.)
- Resume
