The Program Specialist Technician II provides administrative and technical support to the North Coast School of Education within the Educator Advancement Division, assisting with data tracking and monitoring of program requirements across multiple programs and partner agencies. This role supports data collection, reporting, and compliance processes; assists with fiscal tasks; and helps coordinate events; meetings, trainings, and program activities. The position also supports communication with internal teams, school districts, and external partners while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multi-program environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • Completion of high school and additional college or business school coursework to obtain the required knowledge and abilities. • An Associates degree in business or related discipline is preferred. • Additional experience may substitute for education. Experience: • Three years of increasingly responsible secretarial work, including research, data processing, spreadsheets, accounting and budgeting, preferably with at least two years of experience in an education or public service environment. • Experience working with federal or state program requirements is highly desirable. • Additional experience may substitute for education.
