Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Educational Services, plan, coordinate, and manage the operations, staff, and activities of the Student Services subdivision to support student success, enrollment growth, and career readiness initiatives. Provide leadership, training, and evaluation of College/Career Specialists and assigned support staff. Oversee student outreach, recruitment, and event coordination, including career fairs and exhibit days. Collaborate with districts, colleges, and community partners to promote equitable access and strengthen pathway engagement. Assist with grant writing and reporting related to student services, work-based learning, and regional initiatives.
