Location International Poly High School 3851 W Temple Ave, Pomona, CA 91768 The Position Under the direction of the Executive Principal, the AD/ Assistant Principal serves as a senior instructional and operational leader, supporting the strategic direction of International Polytechnic High School. This role functions as a key member of the school’s executive leadership team and is responsible for advancing equity-centered instructional practices, strengthening organizational systems, and supporting continuous improvement. The AD/ Assistant Principal provides leadership across curriculum, instruction, student services, data systems, and staff development while supporting IPoly’s distinctive project-based learning model. The position requires a systems-oriented leader with demonstrated capacity to implement educational innovation, advance inclusive practices, and manage complex school operations. Requirements / Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Experience • Three or more years of secondary administrative experience • Demonstrated success in instructional leadership and organizational management • Experience with innovative or alternative instructional models preferred Education • Master’s degree in Education or closely related field from an accredited institution required License or Certificate • Valid California Supervisory or Administrative Services Credential
