Reporting to the Site Director, the iLEADership Resident works in tandem with the Site Director in performing school management duties and will act as administrative head of the school in the absence of the Site Director.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in Education preferred. California Teaching Credential (Multiple or Single-core subjects) required 3+ years combined teaching and administrative experience. Has successful teaching and administration experience, with a pattern of increasing responsibility in education and administration.
