Job Description: Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy is seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Elementary Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our elementary school campus. The Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient school environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position plays a critical role in supporting school operations, student attendance, family communication, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist students, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries - Maintain student attendance records and assist with attendance reporting - Support student check-in/check-out procedures and visitor management processes - Assist with enrollment, registration, and student record maintenance - Prepare and distribute school communications, forms, and correspondence - Provide clerical support, including filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and document preparation - Support school events, meetings, and administrative projects as assigned - Maintain office supplies and assist with purchasing requests - Coordinate with school staff to support daily school operations - Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information in accordance with applicable laws and school policies - Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the school
