Position Title: Elementary Assistant Principal Location: Bellflower Unified School District, Bellflower, CA Application Deadline: July 2, 2026 Salary: $112,168.53 -135,697.03 Employment Type: Management Position Overview Bellflower Unified School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Elementary Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The Assistant Principal will assist the Principal in providing instructional leadership, supporting student success, and ensuring a positive school climate. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-achieving school environment. Key Responsibilities: *Assist in the development and implementation of school policies, procedures, and programs aligned with district, state, and federal regulations. *Provide instructional leadership by supporting teachers with curriculum implementation, professional development, and classroom management strategies. *Monitor student achievement and use data to drive instructional decisions and interventions. *Foster a safe and inclusive school environment that promotes positive behavior, social-emotional learning, and student engagement. *Assist in supervising and evaluating faculty and staff to support professional growth and instructional excellence. *Oversee student discipline, attendance, and conflict resolution processes in collaboration with school personnel and families. *Coordinate and support school-wide initiatives, events, and extracurricular activities. *Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, community members, and district administrators. *Assist in managing school operations, including budgeting, facilities maintenance, and safety procedures. *Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
