The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. This role fosters a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, timeliness, communication, compliance, and safety. The Office Manager will supervise and ensure the operations of the office by collaborating with relevant office personnel. This position will support and uphold the mission and vision of The Classical Academies. The Classical Academies is an organization of award-winning, tuition-free, Certified California Public Charter Schools serving North San Diego County since 1999. With over 4,500 students in grades TK-12, the schools are making a tremendous impact as they reinvent public education. Each campus offers a flexible, personalized educational environment that blends the best of independent study and the traditional classroom experience. Options range from in-seat and independent study programs.
