Job Summary
The Middle School Basketball Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the basketball program. The coach provides instruction in basketball fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for student-athletes. Responsibilities include conducting practices, coaching games, monitoring student eligibility and behavior, communicating with students and families, and ensuring compliance with district, league, and school policies. The coach serves as a positive role model and supports the academic, athletic, and personal growth of student-athletes.
