Job Summary

Job Summary

The HR Coordinator works with the Business Affairs Manager and is responsible for Payroll and Benefits, Employee Recruitment and Onboarding, Personnel Compliance and Security, and Personnel Management.

Requirements / Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or a related field ? Prior experience working with California State teaching and service credentials preferred

? Experience in education administration or working within education institutions preferred ? Comprehensive understanding of human resources policies, practices, and legal regulations ? Advanced organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with focus on results and strategic alignment of HR functions with organizational goals
