If you are eligible for a Variable Term Waiver through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, please demonstrate you meet the criteria by uploading the pertaining documents. Required Criteria: • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Speech- Language Pathology, communicative Disorder, or a closely aligned field or hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or an Education Specialist Credential; • Enrollment in California or out-of-state program- must verify enrollment in Commission- approved SLP Services Credential program.

At the completion of each full year of employment, all full time Speech Language Pathologists receive a retention bonus of $12,102.00 Part-time SLPs receive a pro-rated amount based on their FTE. *** Must hold Credential for Retention Bonus
