The Atelier School is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated teacher to join our growing school community in Temecula, California. Serving children from Preschool through Grade Two, The Atelier School offers a unique educational experience inspired by the best of European pedagogy, blending Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and classical educational practices. The ideal candidate views children as capable, curious, and full of potential. Teachers at The Atelier serve as guides, fostering a love of learning through hands-on experiences, meaningful relationships, nature-based exploration, and developmentally appropriate academic instruction. Our beautiful outdoor campus serves as an extension of the classroom, providing daily opportunities for discovery, movement, and connection with the natural world. Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum 12 completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required. Multiple years of classroom experience preferred. Montessori training and/or experience is a plus. Passion for working with young children in a nurturing, child-centered environment.
