Job Summary
Under the direction of the site administrator, the part time Elementary Specialist Teacher provides standards-based enrichment instruction to elementary students in a specialized subject area such as Visual Arts, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), Drama, Performing Arts, or related disciplines. The Specialist Teacher designs and delivers engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and student engagement while supporting the district’s educational goals. The Specialist Teacher works collaboratively with classroom teachers and school staff to provide enrichment opportunities that enhance the core instructional program and contribute to a positive learning environment for all students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Single Subject: Art, Drama, Music credential CTE credential appropriate for the subject being taught Multiple Subject Teaching Credential may be appropriate if you have industry experience
