BASIC FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the School Site Administrator, the MTSS/Student Support Specialist will support the implementation of the School Site/District’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This role involves facilitating systems, policies, and procedures related to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions, including Student Support Teams (SST) and Section 504 Plan coordination. The MTSS/Student Support Specialist will collaborate with school administration to ensure the MTSS framework implementation, analyze student data, and provide professional development.
