Applicant must have one of the following: AA degree or higher OR 48 units of higher education OR take and pass the district paraprofessional exam. (Study guides are available for the in-person exam. PRE-PLACEMENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Appointment is contingent upon passing a pre-placement physical that includes a drug screen and TB test.
FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT: California State Law requires that all employees be fingerprinted and show proof of legal right to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance.
