The Varsity Head Cross Country Coach is responsible for leading and developing the school's cross country program, including planning and conducting practices, coaching athletes during competitions, and promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. The coach will oversee athlete development, maintain compliance with school and athletic association policies, communicate effectively with students and families, and foster a positive, competitive team culture. Previous coaching experience and a commitment to student-athlete success are preferred.
