Supplemental Questions - Please respond to the following two (2) supplemental questions and include with your application: 1. Identify three key qualities that define you as a leader. How would these qualities shape your leadership style and guide your work as a middle school assistant principal? 2. Describe how you would approach your first year as a middle school assistant principal to understand the school’s culture, academic focus, and student needs. Include the actions you would take to build and sustain effective relationships with students, staff, and families.
