Capitol Behavior Services is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The Speech Language Pathologist will work collaboratively with teachers, behavior specialists, administrators, and families to support students’ communication development and academic success. Responsibilities- • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with IEPs • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations • Develop measurable IEP goals and therapy plans • Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers • Support students with communication, articulation, language development, and social communication skills Requirements / Qualifications- • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred • Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome to apply • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred • Strong collaboration and communication skills Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 annually • Health, dental, and vision benefits • Professional development support • Leadership advancement opportunities • Supportive, team-oriented culture
