The Procurement Specialist reports to the Director of Instructional Procurement and supports the procurement of instructional materials and services in accordance with school policies and procedures. Working within a collaborative team environment, this role processes instructional assignments, verifies compliance with procurement guidelines and budgetary requirements, and maintains accurate purchasing documentation. The Procurement Specialist works with internal stakeholders to ensure instructional purchasing requests are processed efficiently while supporting transparency, accountability, and effective procurement operations.
