Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Business/Support Services, the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities organizes and supervises the District's maintenance, operations, and facilities systems; supervises and evaluates personnel; administrates budgets; and performs related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: 1. Any combination equivalent to the completion of high school. 2. Five (5) years of successful experience in the areas of maintenance, operations, grounds and/or facilities required. 3. Five (5) years of supervisorial experience, required. 4. Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for the qualifications listed above. Licenses and other Requirements 1. Class C California Driver's License Essential duties and responsibilities: Please see the attached job description. Full-time position includes district-paid health, dental, and vision insurance benefits up to a $16,075 district contribution.
