Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Director of Early Education, the Pre-School Site Supervisor works independently to operate and maintain designated preschool program(s) in accordance with the standards set by the California Department of Education, Child Development Division (Title 5). In addition to serving as a PreSchool Teacher, the Site Supervisor is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, directing learning and recreational activities, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment that meets the individual needs of enrolled children. The supervisor also facilitates program organization through accurate record keeping, compliance reporting, and staff mentorship.
