In addition to a complete application, you must submit: RESUME MINIMUM ONE LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (Letter must have a handwritten signature, and not be older than 1 year) Please add at least 2 references when filling out the application Education and Experience: graduation from high school and one year of experience in general office, library or media center work, preferably in a school environment. Must pass library/media exam and type accurately at an acceptable rate of speed.

Prior to final hiring and placement, the candidate must pass a Pre-Placement Physical Examination paid for by the Newhall School District. The examination may also include a urinalysis for drug screening. The candidate must also receive fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice.
