0.5 FTE Teacher on Special Assignment- Inclusion, Behavior Support and ELOP Liasion, One-Year Contract Provides leadership, coaching, and coordination to support inclusive practices, behavior support, and alignment with Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). Key Responsibilities: Inclusion & Instructional Support: - Coach inclusive practices, co-teaching, UDL, differentiation - Support access to core curriculum - Provide demonstration lessons Behavior Support: - Support MTSS/PBIS implementation - Assist with Behavior Intervention Plans and Assessments - Provide observation and feedback ELOP Liaison: - Align school-day and ELOP supports - Train ELOP staff - Support students with IEPs - Facilitate communication and engagement with families Collaboration & Leadership: - Participate in SSTs and IEPs Support development and redesign of Multi-Tiered System of Student Support - Provide professional development - Support site leadership Data & Monitoring: - Analyze behavior and participation data - Support program evaluation and compliance

Requirements / Qualifications

- Valid California Teaching or PPS Credential - Minimum 3 years teaching experience - Proof of negative tuberculosis test - Fingerprint clearance through the district Preferred Special Education experience BCBA or similar behavior support experience PBIS/restorative practices training -Coaching experience
