Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * Must possess a valid Clear California teaching credential. * A valid California administrative services credential is required or must be obtained within two years of employment. * Preferred qualifications include recent (within the last five years) teaching or leadership experience in a TK–12 independent study or homeschool program. * Experience working with Springs Learning Lab programming preferred. * All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego and San Bernardino.

The qualified candidate will serve as an educational administrator and strategic leader, providing oversight and support for Teachers of Record (TORs), with primary focus on TK-8 Learning Labs. Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, training, student assignment, and guidance on disciplinary matters. The Director also leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs while managing resources and fostering a positive, collaborative environment among staff, students, and families.
