The SAI Lead will act as a critical member of special education leadership. In conjunction with the Director of Special Education, the SAI Lead is an instructional leader who aligns with the Method’s organization and school missions, effectively implementing academic programs and initiatives. The SAI Lead monitors daily operational data, serves as an administrative manager, provides operational support to contracted providers, and offers ongoing mentorship to all new instructional staff within the special education department. This position is a supplemental role that full time employees are eligible for. The intent is the responsibilities of this role are in addition to the full time responsibilities of your primary position.
