Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the limited direction of the assigned Principal or other administrator, perform administrative duties with significant independence to assist the administrator with routine office duties; ensure proper and efficient operations of the office; coordinate communications between administrators, District, and site personnel, parents, students, and the general public; support the educational process by assisting in securing substitute staff.

This also entails managing food inventory, distributing lunch, monitoring the yard, and teaching in a small group of children who are 4 years old. A California child center permits is recommended.
