The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. Job Summary

Job Summary

The job of Site Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of supervising and supporting program site staff and volunteers; orienting and scheduling staff and volunteers; providing professional development; assessing skills and needs of staff and volunteers; planning and coordinating events, activities or projects; establishing and maintaining community partnerships and relationships; coordinating with classroom teachers and school staff; monitoring account balances and related financial activity at assigned site; maintaining curriculum, program, and meal component inventory; leading the annual Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process at assigned site; and preparing written materials.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area, or equivalent experience with passage of the IA Exam

• A minimum of 3 years related experience

• Experience with multicultural communities, academic and enrichment programming, and student behavioral management

• Food Handlers/ServSafe Certificate

• CPR/First Aid Certificate
