Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of the Human Resources Department, the Human Resources Coordinator I leads and manages the District's complaint processes and supports key human resources functions to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, District policies, and professional standards. This position is responsible for overseeing all complaint procedures, including Title IX, California's Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) and District level complaints while also supporting broader human resources programs as assigned. The Coordinator serves as the District's lead investigator, ensuring that all complaints are addressed in a timely, equitable, and legally compliant manner. The role reinforces BCSD's commitment to safe and welcoming environments while strengthening systems for responsiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
