Requirements / Qualifications
The employee must hold a valid CA Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential which includes CLAD/BCLAD certification. Bi-Lingual a plus. Experience with Springs Charter Schools or other charter schools preferred. Prior independent study teaching experience is highly desirable. * This assignment may include a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) student on the roster. Candidates must either hold appropriate authorization to teach TK or be willing to obtain the required Early Childhood Education (ECE) units to meet the eligibility criteria in accordance with state guidelines within 2 years of hire.
A completed EDJOIN online application is required. The resume does not take the place of a completed application. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) or your application will not move forward in the selection process.

The HCT will serve between 17- 20 students and will be in person two days a week at a regional Learning Lab and will work virtually three days a week. The HCT acts as an ambassador of the school and is the main source of support and communication between the school and the family. The HCT will be working with students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Review the job description for more details.
