Job Summary
The Differentiated Learning Instructor is responsible for working with teachers and students to facilitate student learning in the classroom. The individual activities and duties of this position may vary depending on grade level, teaching methods, subject area, project goals, the physical demands of students, and students' achievement levels, abilities, and behavioral needs. The Differentiated Learning Instructor may be assigned to support one or more students at any given time. The DLI will be supported and developed through coaching and training provided by Navigator Schools leadership. They will participate in weekly coaching meetings and collaborate with peers and supervisors in order to ensure student success. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement and full inclusion, hold students and themselves to high expectations, and uphold Navigator school culture at all times.
