Job Summary
Under supervision to do semi-skilled work in the building trades in the alteration, maintenance, repair, and remodeling of buildings and equipment; do related work as required. In general, incumbents work under the direction of a Senior Maintenance Worker as a helper or independently; however, the skill required in any field is less than would be required of a Senior Maintenance Worker. The examples of duties are representative of the collective duties of positions in this classification; however, no one position normally will perform all of these duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience Graduation from high school or equivalent. Two years of responsible experience in one or more of the general building trades or one year of successful experience working in one of the maintenance and operations classification in the Pacifica School District. Paid Sick and Vacation Time, Member of Public Employees Retirement System, Full Family Medical and Dental Benefits Equivalent to Kaiser
