Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee implementation of the District’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) and attendance recovery programs. Serve as the primary District contact for all contracted ELOP providers. Collaborate with site principals and school administrators regarding facility usage, classroom assignments, and operational needs for ELOP providers. Monitor and review student enrollment, participation, and attendance data to ensure compliance with state requirements and District goals. Work collaboratively with school sites to identify and support attendance recovery opportunities for students. Review program operations to ensure alignment with District priorities, student needs, and California Department of Education requirements. Coordinate and monitor ELOP budgets, expenditures, and fiscal reporting in collaboration with Business Services. Assist with the development, review, and monitoring of contracts and agreements related to ELOP providers and attendance recovery services. Serve as the lead contact for audits of ELOP and attendance recovery programs, including preparing required documentation and coordinating with auditors. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements. Develop, update, and maintain the District’s ELOP Plan and related program documentation. Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations regarding ELOP and attendance recovery programs to the Governing Board and District leadership. Provide guidance and technical assistance to site administrators and ELOP providers regarding program requirements and operational procedures. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, District policies, and grant requirements.
