The District is accepting applications for a Human Resources Analyst. Individuals interested in employment are asked to describe any training, education, experience, or skills relevant to this position. These are the minimum experience and education/training standards that will be used to admit or reject applicants for examination. High School Diploma or completion of GED and one (1) year of college-level coursework in Public Administration, Industrial Psychology or Business Management and four (4) years of technical experience in human resources; preferably in the public sector. or High School Diploma or completion of GED and five (5) years of technical experience in human resources, preferably in the public sector. TO BE CONSIDERED THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED: Resume Three (3) Letters of recommendation. Please attach it to your application packet. If Applicable: Related transcripts

Classified employees are required to join the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS) and as such contribute up to 8% of their monthly salary to PERS on a pre-tax basis.
