Job Summary The Community Schools Site Lead coordinates and supports school-wide programs and partnerships that promote student success, family engagement, attendance, wellness, and community involvement. Working closely with school administration, Student Support Teams, families, and community partners, this position helps assess school and community needs, develop support services, and implement strategies that address barriers to student achievement. The Site Lead facilitates collaboration among staff and agencies, analyzes school data to guide decision-making, and supports programs focused on social-emotional well-being, cultural engagement, and equitable access to resources. This role also assists with partnership development, grant support, and community outreach while contributing to the overall success of the Community Schools Initiative.

*CPR/First Aid Certificate *CPI Certification Paraprofessional Certificate Valid California Driver's License Application will not be accepted if all required certificates and materials are missing upon application submission

Experience and Education:
Any combination equivalent to: Completion of two years of higher education (48 units), an Associate's or higher degree, or equivalent job-related experience.
