Job Summary

Job Summary

The School District Nurse provides basic health services to students; assists in planning, developing and implementation of school health programs. Provides community health resources for students, families and staff. Strengthens and facilitates the educational process by improving and protecting the health conditions of children by identification and assistance in the removal and modification of health related barriers to learning.
