The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the monthly close process, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, preparing and reviewing reconciliations, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting. This role serves as a key member of the Business Office and works closely with the Controller to ensure that financial activity is properly recorded, reviewed, documented, and ready for internal reporting and audit purposes. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys owning the close process, improving workflows, supporting internal controls, and working in a small-team environment. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, deadline-driven, and able to balance hands-on accounting work with review, analysis, and process improvement.
