Bellflower Unified School District is searching for an energetic and experienced Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach to lead our program at Mayfair High School. We are looking for a mentor who excels in tactical strategy, player recruitment within the school, and building a high-performance culture that values both on-court success and academic integrity.
Requirements / Qualifications

Cover Letter expressing your interest and specific goals for the BUSD basketball program. 3. Three (3) Professional References (including at least one from a previous Athletic Director or Administrator). 4. Copies of all Coaching Certifications Minimum Qualifications: ? Experience: At least 3–5 years of coaching experience at the high school varsity level or higher. ? Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of offensive and defensive sets, scouting, and game management. ? Certifications: (Must be active or obtainable before the start of the season) ? Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification. ? NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching & Sudden Cardiac Arrest certificates. ? Concussion in Sports & Heat Illness Prevention certifications. ? Clearances: Valid TB Clearance and DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
