Reporting to the Chief Schools Officer, the High School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the school, responsible for ensuring high levels of student achievement, staff effectiveness, and organizational excellence. The Principal provides leadership in curriculum, instruction, assessment, professional learning, school culture, student support services, and family engagement while overseeing daily operations, compliance, budgeting, and personnel management. Through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders, the Principal fosters a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment that prepares all students for success in college, career, and life.
