Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director I, Special Education, the Director II will assist in planning and directing districtwide educational programs and services for students with disabilities. The Director II, Special Education will supervise, coordinate, and ensure quality special education programs and related services. They will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in providing quality educational services for students with disabilities. The Director II coordinates and facilitates communication, resources, and information sharing between administrators, teachers, staff, agency partners, parents, students, and others to provide high quality special education services. Directly Responsible to: Director I, Special Education
