Under the direction of the Director of the Conservatory and the Dean of Arts, Conservatory Teachers plan, develop, organize, and implement a comprehensive educational program for students in the skills of their specified art discipline, create a supportive and flexible learning environment to nurture each student’s personal growth, and collaborate with colleagues to reflect on and refine instructional practice. Open teaching position: PRINT SHOP Prerequisite: Graphic Design and Design Studio (Makerspace) High School (11th & 12th grade) Tuesdays, block 8 & 9 – SPRING ONLY In this hands-on, project-based course, students transition from creators to entrepreneurs. Print Shop provides a comprehensive deep dive into the technical and business operations of a professional merchandise and graphics studio. Students will master the complete production lifecycle from the initial spark of a design to the final fulfillment of a customer’s order.
