DETAILS: • Site: Foothill Elementary School • 3.5 hours / 180 duty days • 11:00 am – 2:30pm, Mon - Fri • Position #2207 SALARY: Schedule #165 – Step I - $18.30 hourly According to the CSEA Contract, district paid benefits are not included with these positions. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: ? Help identify children who would benefit from intensive social/behavioral interventions ? To provide a supportive and non-judgmental mentor relationship to students ? To consult with staff of children in the program ? To provide written feedback to parents/guardians of the child’s progress and/or observations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ? Completion of one or more of the following for “No Child Left Behind” (NCLB) Legislation 1) An AA or AS degree, or 48 semester college units, or Satisfactory completion of a “No Child Left Behind” compliant assessment. Please provide sealed – official transcripts if you hold a degree or 48 or more units. 2) “No Child Left Behind” assessment can be taken at Sierra Unified District Office-Call for appt. at (559) 855-3662. 3) There is a $7.00 fee to take the “No Child Left Behind” exam and a $2.00 fee to retake the exam thereafter. ? Passing a pre-employment physical is required.
