Under the direction of the Director of Transportation & Maintenance, perform grounds, maintenance custodial and repair duties; assist in the direction of custodial; assist with grounds upkeep, maintenance and repair; perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE OF: • Journeyman level knowledge in the skilled trade of Heating/Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration, and from two skilled trades (one from Painting, Glazing, or Carpentry and one from Plumbing or Electrical). • The equipment, tools, terms and methods used in building and equipment maintenance and in construction. EXPERIENCE: • A minimum of two years paid experience in building maintenance and construction, painting, glazing and carpentry, plus four years in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration, plumbing and electrical. • Possession of a valid California Driver’s License
