Essential Responsibilities Nutrition Services Oversee the daily operation of the school nutrition program. Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate food inventory and place grocery and supply orders as needed. Ensure proper food storage, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Coordinate meal service schedules and supervise kitchen support staff and volunteers. Maintain required records and documentation related to nutrition services. Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Promote a positive dining experience for students. Extended Care Program Coordinate and supervise the school's before- and after-school Extended Care Program. Ensure a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for students. Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, recreation, homework support, and enrichment opportunities. Supervise students and maintain appropriate student-to-staff ratios. Communicate regularly with families regarding student needs and program information. Maintain attendance records, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and emergency information. Support behavior expectations consistent with school policies and Catholic values. Leadership & Administration Supervise, train, and support Extended Care and nutrition program staff. Develop schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage. Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and program planning. Maintain compliance with school, diocesan, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with school administration and staff to support school-wide events and programs. Attend staff meetings and professional development as required. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with children in a school, childcare, recreation, or youth program setting. Experience in food service, nutrition services, or kitchen management prefer
