The Middle School Director serves as the school's instructional and administrative leader, responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, ensuring the academic success of all students, and overseeing daily operations. This role requires awareness of current trends and challenges in middle school education and an understanding of effective strategies for creating an inclusive and equitable school environment. JOB DESCRIPTION https://cra.bamboohr.com/careers/80 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the middle school level. Prior administrative or leadership experience is strongly preferred. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Valid administrative or principal certification as required by the state. Possession of an Administrative Services Credential from California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
